Terms of Service

Focus Flow (hereinafter "the App") is a time tracking application for iPhone running iOS 26 or later. It allows you to start tracking with a single tap from your saved activities and manage your work time.

The App is provided for the purpose of personal work time management and productivity improvement.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (hereinafter "the Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, please discontinue use of the App.

The Terms apply in conjunction with Apple Inc.'s App Store Terms of Service and Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Users shall use the App in accordance with the following conditions.

• The App shall be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Users shall not use the App's features for unlawful purposes
• Users shall comply with Apple App Store Terms of Service and guidelines
• Users shall not redistribute, lease, or sublicense the App to third parties

Violation of these conditions may result in restriction of App usage.

The App offers paid subscriptions for access to additional features. Monthly and yearly plans are available, and pricing can be found within the App and on the App Store product page.

[Auto-Renewal] Subscriptions auto-renew. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will automatically renew.

New users can enjoy a 1-week free trial. No charges will apply if canceled during the trial period.

[Billing] Subscription charges are billed to your Apple ID account. All payment processing is handled by Apple, and the developer does not obtain your payment information.

[Management & Cancellation] Subscription viewing, modification, and cancellation can be done through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Please note that simply deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

[Refunds] For refund inquiries, please contact Apple Support (reportaproblem.apple.com).

The App may offer a free trial period (1 week) for subscriptions.

When the free trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel beforehand. If you cancel during the free trial, you can continue using the features until the end of the trial period.

The free trial is limited to one per person.

All content included in the App (design, text, graphics, icons, software, etc.) is the intellectual property of the developer or their rightful owners.

Under these Terms, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes. This license is non-transferable and does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights.

All data recorded in the App is stored locally on the user's device. When the optional iCloud sync is enabled, data is synchronized between the user's devices through Apple CloudKit.

The developer has no means to access user data. Data management is the user's responsibility. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

The App and this website use Firebase (provided by Google LLC) for anonymous usage analytics and crash report collection to improve service quality.

These analytics data do not contain any personally identifiable information. Collected data is used solely to improve the app experience and performance.

The App is provided "as is." The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App.

The developer does not guarantee the accuracy of data recorded through the App. We recommend verifying important records through other means.

The developer assumes no liability for data loss due to device failure, software malfunction, or any other cause.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

The developer's liability shall in no event exceed the total amount paid by the user for the App.

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

We will endeavor to provide advance notice of significant changes through in-app notifications or other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

The latest version of these Terms can always be found on this page.

Users may terminate their use of the App at any time by uninstalling it. However, if an active subscription exists, a separate cancellation through App Store settings is required.

If a user violates these Terms, the developer reserves the right to restrict or terminate the user's access to the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
